Marilyn L. Nemzer, M.A., Executive Director of the Energy Education Group, the Geothermal Education Office and the Global Book Exchange, is the developer, co-author and editor of Energy for Keeps. Nemzer, with an early background in teaching and public education policy, has been collaboratively producing award-winning energy education projects and materials for 20 years. She serves on advisory boards of several state, national, and international organizations that focus on renewable energy and the environment and is a trustee of the Marin County Board of Education. Deborah S. Page, M.A., is a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and science educator with the Claremont Unified School District in California, and principal of Page One Productions. As a consummate researcher with abiding interest in environmental issue, Deborah has over a decade of experience writing reader-friendly semi-technical materials on renewable energy and energy conservation and has been an invited course developer and instructor at the Yellowstone Institute.
Anna K. Carter is a consultant who has worked in the renewable energy field for over 25 years, specializing in energy policy, regulatory compliance, project permitting, and public information. She has authored and co-authored numerous articles and renewable energy public information presentation materials and served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Geothermal Resources Council, a renewable energy educational organization with over 1100 US and International members.
